I grew up in Smithtown, New York and bought my first guitar when I was 14. I mostly taught myself and played in solitude for many years. I worked on songs by The Beatles, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, The Moody Blues, Joan Baez, Harry Nilsson, Bert Jansch, Ralph McTell, Leonard Choen and Gordon Lightfoot to name a few. Over time I tried my hand at writing. I now share my songs in performance and on records.
